We are delighted to announce that Manjil Rana, founder and principal of Maya Universe Academy, has been selected as one of the 100 most influential youth leaders to speak at the annual Nepal Youth Conference in Kathmandu. Manjil will represent Maya Universe Academy as he lectures on the rewards and challenges of operating a free, community-supported school and the importance of education to Nepal’s burgeoning youth generation. We are delighted to announce that Urs Riggenbach has been awarded two travel grants. The funds will cover his travel expenses to Nepal and India. The image shows an existing solar concentrator at TinyTech, Rajkot, India. Riggenbach plans to visit this site before coming to MUA to do his build-project.
